6. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Shipping + Handling

We are a small independent brand, so please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

All orders are shipped via UPS in compact, secure packaging. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to follow your package.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

  • We are not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Prices and shipping costs displayed on the website do not include customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If a customer refuses delivery due to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, the package may be returned to the sender or destroyed by customs authorities. In such cases:

  • Any additional fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • The original order will not be refundable.

Returns + Exchanges

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • Products must be unworn, unused, and include all original tags and packaging.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items, custom orders, or pre-orders, as these pieces are made specifically for you.
